How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is completely free!

It doesn't matter what you order - Strong Store have free shipping worldwide.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

On average our shipping times range from 2-4 weeks. For some international orders shipping takes 3-5 weeks.

Your location will change the duration of the shipping time. The demand during your order will also affect the shipping time.

What Are My Shipping Options?
We only offer one shipping option. This is for simplicity and cost. We only offer free Worldwide Shipping.

Depending on your location - the expected duration of shipping is usually around 2-4 weeks.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary due to the nature of the merchandise. Orders are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays. All items in our store are made to ship.
What if I Enter the Wrong Shipping Address?

We do not provide replacements if your order has already been shipped to the wrong address based on the address your entered. Please double check your shipping address before your order is placed. 

Orders typically take 1-2 days to ship. If you contact us before then we may be able to change the address. 

How Do I Track My Order?

 You can track your order here:

You will receive a tracking number shortly after your order is shipped. The tracking number takes 1-3 days to update once it has been sent.

Yes we offer free shipping worldwide! 

Can I Return My Order?

Returning Items

If you need to return an item, simply email us at adm@strong-stone.com

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item we'll send a replacement or we can issue a refund ASAP! If this is the case we apologize, send us an email at adm@strong-stone.com so we can resolve this.

Can I Get a Refund?

You can receive a refund if you return your order or it is defective!

My Item Arrived Broken?
We would like to first apologize for the inconvenience. Every now and then some items may be damaged by the postal service. Send us a message and we will send you a replacement right away!

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

How Can I Purchase Items Here?
To purchase click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your basket. Items in My Cart are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.
Where Do I Put my Discount Code?

Your discount code can be entered in the box on the checkout page. On mobile, at the top of the page, there is an expandable menu. 

The customer is responsible for entering in their discount code and making sure it goes through properly. 

Can I Enter in Multiple Discounts?
No. Customer are responsible for choosing which discount is applied.
